Studio Rental Rates
1-hour rental for a room starts at $50 per hour.
A 4+ hour rental for a room starts at $40 per hour.
Your rental includes up to 8 guests. For rentals with 9 to 15 people, an additional $20 per hour is added. Your group includes everyone entering the studio room regardless of whether they are in the shoot. Please include your photographer, any assistants, or friends who may be coming with you.
If you are hosting mini-sessions or multiple sessions throughout the booking, please put that in the notes and book according to the largest group. All persons in the room at a given time will be counted as the total guest for the booking. Please ensure your guests know to avoid extra charges for friends or other unexpected guests tagging along.
Tax will be added during checkout.
Add-Ons
Assistant ($20 per hour) – Assistants will follow your direction with moving gear and props. You can book one hour directly when making your booking, if you need additional hours please contact us after your booking is made so we can add it on**
Light Mentor/Assistant ($35 per hour) – Experience photographer with lighting knowledge that will help set up lighting, mentor your shoot, or help with any questions during the time. You can book one hour directly when making your booking, if you need additional hours please contact us after your booking is made so we can add it on**
GVM RGB Lights ($45) – A set of full-color LED lights with barn door modifiers attached. Features several lighting patterns great for video
Projector ($50) – 1080p HD screen projector that can be used on white walls to display your screen or used to display images over the subjects.
Conical Spot Snoot with Bowens Mount ($20) – Used to create defined shapes with any Bowens mount light.
Fog Machine ($25) – 1000w fog machine to create smoke & fog effects. Currently only allowed in commercial room**
Training
1-on-1 Retouching Training for 2 hours ($70) – Private 1-on-1 Retouch training to go over portrait retouching with Adobe Photoshop. Feel free to bring your computer/tablet to follow along or bring paper and a pen to write notes.
1-on-1 Retouching Training for 3 hours ($105) – Private 1-on-1 Retouch training to go over portrait retouching with Adobe Photoshop. Feel free to bring your computer/tablet to follow along or bring paper and a pen to write notes.
Workshops – Our plans are to host at least one workshop a month to go over different lighting techniques in a studio setting. These will be a classroom setting with multiple attendees and the price will vary.
